Kate Taylor spent nine years in LA's transformation culture, immersing herself in West Coast wellness wisdom.
Her background spans both creative and corporate worlds - from co-founding the award-winning Getloaded In The Park festival and managing music projects, to producing ยฃ50M+ worth of campaigns for Amazon, Microsoft, BMW and other Fortune 500 brands. Creativity and corporate, side by side.
When her father faced serious illness, Kate returned to the UK and applied everything she'd learned to support him through integrated wellness approaches - igniting a lifelong passion for what's possible when you combine conventional and complementary paths.
Immediately after her father passed, lockdown hit. The combination of grief, a piece of blue plastic she'd pulled from the sea in the Maldives, and everything she'd absorbed about wellness, neuroscience and the planet collided into one realisation: we are not separate from the earth, and the knowledge that had helped her father shouldn't be reserved for those who go looking for it.

Kate started building Replenish from that moment. She immersed herself in understanding transformation - devouring everything from neuroscience to biohacking, energy medicine to behavioural psychology - determined to create a programme where knowledge becomes embodied change, not just intellectual understanding.
What Kate has built is not another retreat brand, but a movement integrating conservation, neuroscience, and a decade of learning into something the world actually needs. The antidote to a tech-driven, AI-shaped world pulling us further from ourselves by the minute.
